Ellis County residents seeking to vote in the General Election on November 5, which includes the presidential election, must register to vote by October 7. According to Jana Onyon, the Election Administrator in the county, all unregistered citizens can join thousands of others to take part in the celebration of National Voter Registration Day on September 17.
