As reported previously in The Ennis News, the newest neighborhood going up in and around town is taking place south of Hwy 287. According to Director of Planning and Development, Mark Richardson, the same builder, Lennar Homes, that has a current subdivision on Ensign Road, is doing the project.
The Ennis Retired School Personnel Association (ERSPA) met Wednesday, Dec. 6, at First Methodist Church of Ennis Family Life Center for the annual soup/cornbread/desserts luncheon and fundraiser.

Members of Ennis Retired School Perdonnel Association met at the Ennis Fire and Police Department to celebrate the passing of Proposition 9 in the November election. All enjoyed a tour of the fire station and police department conducted by Fire Marshall Chad Wester.
