Liberty Christian graduate, Daniel Greek, a 6’5, 225-lb quarterback, earned a scholarship at Mississippi State under then-head coach Mike Leach. Two years later Greek entered the transfer portal in December and landed at Tarleton State in Texas.

The first All-Star game in Major League Baseball was held on July 6, 1933, at Comiskey Park in Chicago. Since then, many a notable moment has marked the game known as the Midsummer Classic. This year’s game will be played on July 11 at TMobile Park, which is the home of the Seattle Mariners.
