It was a decade coming, but Palmer has become the toast of Eastern Ellis County high school football. The Bulldogs were without a single district title in their history until the arrival of HC Don Waddle. A community bent on baseball and basketball, got a taste of winning football in 2014 when the ‘Dogs went 8-2 behind QB Ty Mitchell, RB Rudy Ramos and WR Jake Anglin.
