Heralded one of the Top Ten quarterbacks in the state, Ennis senior Jackson Gilkey, the defending District Most Valuable Player, has committed to the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Former All-State offensive lineman at Ennis, Dorion Strawn, continues battling for playing time at San Antonio’s University of the Incarnate Word. At 6’6 and 317, he is in his sophomore season for the Cardinals.
