Ennis -vs- Waxahachie, over a century old, resumes this Friday, Aug. 26, when the No. 11 ranked Lions take on the Indians at 9,500 seat Lumpkins Stadium. This year’s games start thirty minutes earlier, at 7:00 p.m.
Going from winning the District MVP in both of his years in Ennis to earning a preferred walk-on position at Georgia, and then winning the national championship the following season, was a magic-carpet ride for Collin Drake.
