Ennis (6-1) switched places with Red Oak (6-1) this week in the Dallas Morning News Class 5A Sports Day rankings.
The Lions cruised by Sulphur Springs (1-6), 42-14, while Red Oak did similarly to Dallas Kimball (5-1), 48-13. Statewide, Red Oak retained their No. 7 status. Ennis in not ranked.
