Anita Rodriquez

Anita Rodriquez, age 84 passed away on July 23, 2019. She was born in Thorndale, Texas on February 11, 1935 to John Elias and Andrea Gonzales. She loved the Lord, her family, gardening and cooking. She was all anyone could hope for. Anita was a member of Refiners Fire Church.

She is survived by her sons, Domingo Rodriquez, Jr., Elias Rodriquez and wife Dolores, Joe A. Rodriquez and Roland Rodriquez; daughters, Anna Mojica and husband Pascual and Judy Contreras; granddaughters, Lydia Juarez and Alicia Rodriquez; brothers, Johnny Gonzales and Joe Gonzales; sisters, Rachel Alvarez, Betty Ramirez, Rebecca Valdez, and Conception Gomez.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Andrea Gonzales; and her husband of 52 years, Domingo Rodriquez, Sr.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM on Friday, July 26, 2019 at Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home in Ennis. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 10 AM at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home in Ennis. Interment will follow at Saint Joseph Cemetery.
