Justin Wayne Meadows

After a life long battle with complications from the genetic disorder muscular dystrophy, Justin Wayne Meadows, 36, passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2020.

Justin grew up on Clay Street in Ennis. He attended school in Ennis and would go on to move with his mother in Red Oak and later Irving, Texas, as an adult.

Justin enjoyed baseball, football and music. Most of all, Justin liked to laugh. He had a smile that was contagious.

Justin’s condition put him in a lot of pain but he never let anyone know and he always shared an optimistic outlook on the world.

Justin loved his family and has created memories and stories that will continue to live on.

Justin was incapable of ill will towards his fellow man and he set a shining example for us all.

Justin is preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Kirk; father, John Meadows; and sister, April Meadows.

He is survived by sisters, Delores Rollins and Jacqueline Chance.

A memorial service celebrating Justin’s life will be held on September 13, 2020, at Refiner’s Fire Ministries located at 1611 W Ennis Ave., Ennis, TX 75119, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. All family and friends are welcome.
