Victor Mendieta Rios

Victor Mendieta Rios, 78, of Ennis, Texas, passed away Friday, October 30, 2020, at the Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Dallas. He was born on May 26, 1942, in Sinton, Texas, to Porfirio Rios and Lucia Mendieta.

He is survived by his two daughters: Maria A. (Jose L.) Rios-Vega, FL, and Maria T. (Lee H.) Rios-Menke, OH; and two sons: Roberto V. Rios, OH, and David Rios, Sinton, TX.

He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, five great grandchildren, two brothers: Regino (Eva) Rios and Mike (Elva) Rios, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by four sisters: Marina Vasquez, Lydia Varubio, Margaret Fira, and Victoria Doblado; and two brothers, Pantaleon Rios and Gilberto Rios.

Services were held at Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home Ennis, TX on Nov. 14, 2020.
