‘Beating a dead horse’
Dear Editor:
The column implies that Donald Trump is innocent of any involvement in the riot against the U.S. Capitol. The column further suggests there was in fact massive fraud in the November election.
Let me point out that those rioting claim they were there at the urging of Donald Trump. They were there; they should know. Had they committed these atrocities on foreign soil, it would have been an act of war.
Why do people still persist that the election was filled with fraud without the slightest bit of evidence? This column also added no evidence, none, nil, nada. Each and every state found the election free of any massive intervention and neither did U.S. Attorney General William Barr.
It is columns like this that keep the horse, Donald Trump, alive. The GOP will rue the day they let Trump off the hook. Trump will now control the Party and each GOP member in Congress. With about $200-400 million dollars in his political war chest and 74 million followers, the dead horse is still has a lot of “giddy up.”
