Big love in a small town

Dear Editor:

My wife and I along with thousands of others gathered together this past weekend at Ubbi Dubbi in Ennis, Tx. A little quaint, quiet place, with a beautiful antique downtown. We fell in love with this town. But it wasn’t only the town itself that tugged on our heartstrings. It was the genuine welcoming feeling given to us by every individual of Ennis Tx. Y’all welcomed thousands of people, from all walks of life into your community for this special event. You welcomed us with open arms, embraced us and made us feel safe. On behalf of the thousands of people in attendance at Ubbi Dubbi, I want to thank the City of Ennis and all it’s residents for everything that they did in preparation for, during and after this event. We were shown nothing but kindness and love during this event. We could not have asked for a better host city.
