Ennis Police Department reported a normal traffic stop on Saturday night, July 17, which drew a crowd that ultimately ended with officers arresting four adults on charges related to people interrupting them from handling their initial reason, a speeding driver in a residential area on North Kaufman Street.
According to their report, Natalie Tyner was cited for driving 55 mph in a 35-mph zone. There were conflicting reports about what was said as well as a lack of compliance by individuals to commands from the officer before he called for assistance.
