Terrance Carter, 28, passed away on July 21, 2019. Public viewing will be held at Loving Kindness Ministries, 3220 N. 15th St., in Waco, on Friday, July 26, 2019, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Loving Kindness Ministries on Saturday, July 27, 2019, at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
