John Gartland Martell of Ennis was born January 18, 1932 in Laona, Wisconsin to Flavian Martell and Florence Gartland. He departed this life April 16, 2020 at his home in Ennis. Jack loved his motorcycle rides and enjoyed going on his annual retreats to Montserrat House in Dallas. He was a proud lifetime member in the American Legion.
