In this publication as well as others, I’ve shared Ennis cooks’ favorite recipes over the years but I assure you they are also my favorites.
And apparently they are faves of readers, too, since some have been requested in the last few months. No, these are not low-carb, as others in this column have been lately, but they are delicious, I know that. It helps, too, that they’re made by some of the best known and loved folks in town.
