Overlooking Eastern Ellis County from atop Sugar Ridge, Santa Claus has a great view of the coming holiday season. Hay Bale Santa was created, assembled and painted by Jim Anderson, with help from Hugo Frias. It is beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
