Ennis Parks & Recreation Department stated this week they now plan to plant trees annually on Texas Arbor Day. They began with a ceremonial dedication of the first tree to a local legend, the late Sandy Anderson. A second tree was planted in memory of Ron Spellman.According to Parks &
