Ennis didn’t need to go far to name its new City Manager in Marty Nelson. It was a unanimous decision by City Commissioners on Tuesday, May 19.
He previously served six years in the capacity as Director of Economic Development, then most recently, in February, was promoted to Assistant City Manager.
