Ferris Independent School District police force will have a new, four-legged addition to the team. Storm, a mix between a Labrador Retriever and a pit bull, has been commissioned to work with officer, Levie Smith.
“She has the best qualities of both animals,” says Smith, the dog’s handler. “She is loyal,
