In front of a capacity crowd at City Hall on Thursday, Mayor Kameron Raburn authorized a certificate of election to Lynda Isbell as the new Mayor Pro Tem of Ennis.The July 1 deadline for applying to run for the seat held by Jake Holland passed with Isbell the only candidate.
