Recently completed, those driving to or passing by the Bluebonnet City of Texas have surely noticed the Ennis water tower, adorned with a nearly 200-foot bluebonnet painted on the water tower alongside northbound I-45.Previous to the current design, it had stood for years in white with Ennis in maroon letters.
