Mayor, Ennis, maintain their small-town charm

Dear Editor,

I would like to provide your readers with an unapologetic endorsement of Mayor Angie Juenemann. As the former City Manager of Ennis and someone who has worked closely with Angie for almost four years, I can attest to her extraordinary dedication to the City of Ennis. Mayor Angie’s record speaks for itself, she asked us to “Expect More” and she delivered. Mayor Angie has quite literally bled for the City, going out of her way to see that every special interest in the City is given a “voice” and platform to be heard. My family continues to live in Ennis and we are excited to see the progress that has been made under the Mayor’s leadership. As a Slovak, Mayor Angie is proud of her Czech heritage and has worked very hard to ensure that Ennis maintains its small-town charm while guiding the inevitable growth that is headed our way. It was an honor to have worked beside her and to see first-hand her passion for servant leadership.
