ERSPA to Hold August Meeting

The Ennis Retired School Personnel Association will hold their first meeting of this year, a Welcome Back Brunch, on Thursday, Aug. 4, at 10:30 a.m. The brunch will be held at First United Methodist Church, 300 N. Sherman St., in Ennis.

Members are encouraged to bring a perspective member. Come and enjoy the fellowship with other ERSPA members.

The Ennis Retired School Personnel Association serves eastern Ellis County and the surrounding areas. Meetings are held the first Thursday of every other month. Events include organized day trips and visits from guest speakers. For more information, email blazek2@sbcglobal.net.

Become a Texas Master Naturalist

Registration is now open for the annual Master Naturalist Training Class of the Indian Trail Chapter, serving Ellis County and Navarro County. Training includes weekly classes in Waxahachie on Tuesday nights, Aug. 30 - Nov. 29, 2022, and three Saturday field trips.
