Clarence E. "Buddy" Whitfill, Jr.

Clarence E. Whitfill, Jr. (Buddy) was born in Champaign, Illinois on November 9, 1951 and passed away on March 24,2020 in Livingston, Montana.

After traveling with his family in the Air Force, he graduated from St. John’s Catholic High School in Ennis. He spent his freshman year of college marching in the Corps at Texas A&M and went on to achieve his bachelor degree in Zoology at East Texas State University. He spent most of his life traveling around the National Parks, mainly Yosemite for 10 years and Yellowstone for the past 10 years. For the last 2 years he lived in Livingston and was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus there.

He is preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Agnes Whitfill and a sister, Mary Pat Clements.

He is survived by a sister, Liz Taylor and Rex Yackee, one niece, Amber Nicole Clements and a great niece, Riley Medford.

Visitation and Rosary will be held on Sunday, June 14, 2020 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. with Rosary at 3 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel in Ennis.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be held on Monday, June 15, 2020 at 10 a.m. in the St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church of Ennis with interment to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
