Dr. Robert Price Roye, 60, of Waxahachie, Texas, passed away unexpectedly on December 22, 2022. Robert was born in San Antonio, Texas, on May 16, 1962, to Mary Beth (Rosser) and Watson “Payne” Roye. From the moment he was born as the youngest of 5 kids, he was constantly charging forward.
