Serious high school softball players have little time in the summer for the beach and leisure activities. Five Ennis H.S. players, three of them who played varsity this year, play for HC Emmett Emerson, of Bardwell.The Texans 16-and-Under team battled to a second place finish in Cedar Hill last weekend.
