Ennis Care Center, 1200 S. Hall St., has named Julie Wyatt as the new administrator at the nursing home. She follows Daniel Whitehead, who served for three years at the 155-bed facility. He took similar employment in Glen Rose.
Stating how pleased she is to join the Ennis Care Center team, Wyatt spoke of continuing the strengths of the staff and its sixty year history of personalized care. “We are dedicated to providing home-like services as a place to live,” she said this week, countering the thought that nursing homes are where seniors go to die.
