A super cute performance by students from Austin Elementary was well-received at Tuesday’s Board of Trustees meeting at the Central Admin Building. The five who sang the hot jazz piece were Noah Ahmad, Kennie Darby, Sier Davis, Miguel Diaz and Jillian Sursa.

EHS Symphonic bands earn superior marks

Persisting to perform at the highest level, the award-winning Ennis High School Symphonic Bands competed at the April 5 UIL Concert and Sightreading Contest in Duncanville. Both of them have approximately 60-65 students on their team, and each brought back hardware for their top-rate efforts.
