Popular keto diet causes concern

When the Ennis News ran this writer’s recent description of the keto diet on the paper’s food page, sharing as well a personal success story, it received praise from local doctor Bill R. Lee.

Lee considered it “a very cogent and thorough treatise of the keto diet,” adding that “ketogenic diets are actually prescribed for some conditions such as refractory seizures in children.”
